Tyler Hosts Discussion of Food Trucks

TYLER — People across Texas interested in the mobile food truck industry met in Tyler Wednesday. KETK reports they talked about the best practices for zoning ordinances and building requirements, as well as a focus on health and safety. They also heard the pros and cons from several food truck owners. One woman from Jacksonville is planning to open up her own mobile food truck park in October.
