National Night Out Set for October in Longview

LONGVIEW — The City of Longview, the Longview Police Department, and the Gregg County Sheriff’s Office announce this year’s National Night Out (NNO) event is scheduled for Tuesday, October 6. Authorities say all Longview and Gregg County residents are encouraged to participate by hosting an NNO party in their neighborhood. The parties are designed to promote neighborhood alliances that strengthen communities and preserve the quality of life in East Texas, according to officials.
