TYLER — Expect traffic delays and lane closures in Tyler for construction on the eastbound lane of East Grande Boulevard near Sutherland. Construction began Monday and is expected to last ten business days, dependent upon weather. A.E. Shull & Company is the construction company contracted for the work.
