Police Find Missing Senior Citizen

TYLER — The Tyler Police Department says a missing senior citizen has been found. Police had been searching for Joan Brown, an 82-year-old diagnosed with dementia. Prior to being found, she had last been seen ay 1:45 p.m. Tuesday at University and Loop 323.
