Heines Delivers State of the City Address

TYLER — The mayor of Tyler addressed the Rose City Tuesday at its annual State of the City Luncheon. Martin Heines said he enjoyed looking back on the positive but that it takes a group effort to grow. Heines told KETK, “This entire community is incredible — how we partner to get things done. As a city, we do (a) very, very good job. Our staff is excellent, very efficient, and we do good customer service. And that’s really what a city does.” Heines says the city wants to focus on education and entrepreneurship.
