Palestine Robbery Under Investigation

PALESTINE — Police are investigating an aggravated robbery in Palestine. It happened just before 11:30 Friday night at the Chanel Stop & Go convenience store in the 1900 block of West Oak Street. According to KETK, two armed black men, wearing ski masks, entered the store and demanded money from the clerk. The store clerk says one of the men then came behind the counter and pointed a gun at the back of her head. The second man reportedly stole the clerk’s purse, identification, and cash. The two men then left the store. No injuries were reported.
