Smith County Offices in Troup Close Early for the Day

TROUP — Smith County Justice of the Peace Pct. 3 James Meredith and Constable Pct. 3 Jimmie Blackmon shut down their offices early Wednesday afternoon because of an electricity outage in Troup. Meredith reported closing the office, at 313 E. Duval St. in Troup, for the rest of the day.
