East Texan Charged with Online Solicitation of Minor

HARRISON COUNTY — An East Texas man has been charged with solicitation of a minor, among other charges, after an online sting. Stephen C. Fuentez, 46, Waskom, could serve up to 70 years in prison and could be fined up to $75,000. According to KETK, Louisiana State Police Special Victims Unit Detectives and members of the Northwest Louisiana ICAC Task Force initiated an undercover online investigation on an individual who posted a suggestive ad online.
During the investigation, the subject agreed to travel to Louisiana to meet an adult and a child for the purpose of sex. The subject also agreed to compensate the adult and child for services rendered. Upon meeting at the designated location, Fuentez was arrested. He admitted that he traveled to Louisiana for the purpose of having sex with both an adult and a child. Fuentez was charged with computer-aided solicitation of a minor, prostitution and prostitution with a person under 18.
