On Sunday, October 6, 2013, Kilgore police arrested Hudgins for the murder of Kayla Elizabeth Williams, 17, of Hallsville. The incident took place at a home in the 3000 block of Mustang Drive in Kilgore. Hudgins was reportedly last seen leaving the residence where police found Williams’ body.
