LONGVIEW — A Longview woman remained in jail on Tuesday on $200,000 bond after police say she kidnapped a man they found her with at a gas station. That’s according to KETK and the Longview News-Journal. Heather Rebecca Beck, 47, is charged with aggravated kidnapping after she was arrested just before 1 a.m. on Tuesday at the Zippy J’s in the 4000 block of Estes Parkway, according to an affidavit of probable cause.
Police said Beck was found after a witness reported a man at that location walking with his hands tied behind his back. The victim was found with his hands bound with zip-ties and black Duct tape behind the store, police said. Police subsequently found a handgun in Beck’s car and were able to determine she used it while holding Leatch against his will, according to the affidavit.
