Power Outage Forces Early Dismissal for Winona ISD

WINONA — A power outage forced early dismissal of classes Wednesday in the Winona ISD. A spokesperson said classes dismissed at 3:15, with no afterschool activities. There was no immediate word on plans for school Thursday.
