Upshur County Officials Seek Missing Teen

GILMER — The Upshur County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in finding a missing teenager. KETK reports Samantha Lyn Bailey Strader, 16, has been missing since December 27-28. The teenager is described as a white female with brown hair and brown/hazel eyes. She is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 120 pounds. She is possibly wearing a red/white Kilgore letter jacket with “Strader” in large white letters on the back. She is also believed to be wearing jeans, boots and a yellow Pikachu toboggan.
