Awards Presented at Annual Chamber Meeting

TYLER – Several businesses and individuals have been honored at the annual meeting of the Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce. It was held Tuesday night at the Harvey Convention Center. Named as Tyler’s outstanding citizen of the year was Dr. Duane Andrews who received the T.B. Butler Award. Named as Tyler’s outstanding citizen under the age of 40 was Michael Lavender, who received the W.C. Windsor award. And the volunteer of the year award went to Michael Weiss, of Personal Web.
