Angelina County Commissioner Indicted

LUFKIN – Angelina County Commissioner Robert Lewis Loggins, 54, has been indicted by a grand jury for using county equipment for personal reasons. The precinct 3 county commissioner is charged with two counts of misdemeanor A, abuse of official capacity. His bonds total $1,500.Loggins had been accused of using county equipment on his daughter’s land.
