Bullard Superintendent Named Lone Finalist in Lubbock

BULLARD — Bullard ISD Superintendent Keith Bryant was named the lone superintendent finalist Monday night by the Lubbock-Cooper Independent School District. 21 days must pass before Lubbock-Cooper ISD can officially hire the East Texas administrator. KETK reports the Bullard ISD Board of Trustees also gathered Monday night in a special called meeting. The board voted to move forward with the appointment of an interim superintendent. In addition, the board voted to hire an independent search firm to facilitate the process of hiring an interim, as well as a permanent, replacement. Bryant has been with Bullard ISD for six years.
