Strangling and Waterboarding Suspect Arrested

LONGVIEW — A Longview man who was wanted by the Hughes Springs Police Department for allegedly strangling and waterboarding his wife after an argument is now behind bars. KETK reports Terrence David (Terry) Houck, 28, was arrested Saturday afternoon around 2:30 by the White Oak Police Department after allegedly fleeing from authorities in a pickup. Houck was booked into the Gregg County Jail on $10,000 bond.
