Longview Warehouse Catches Fire

LONGVIEW — Fire and police crews responded to a warehouse fire in Longview Wednesday morning. KETK reports that at 9:17 a.m., a fire broke out at a building on West Loop 281 behind Ashley Furniture. Fire officials said the warehouse is filled with heavy furniture. Firefighters were able to control the fire around 10 a.m. and extinguish it shortly before 11 a.m. There was no immediate word on a cause or extent of damage.
