Northeast Texas Father, Son Killed; 2nd Son Held

HUGHES SPRINGS (AP/Staff) – A father and son have been shot and killed at a home in rural Cass County, and another son is being held in the case at a juvenile center in Gregg County. Cass County Sheriff Larry Rowe said deputies on Friday found the bodies of Damon Robison, 32 and his adopted 12-year-old son in their kitchen. They were responding to a 911 call from the son’s 13-year-old brother, whom the man also adopted. The 13-year-old, though held in the juvenile center in Gregg County, has not been charged. Rowe says there are no other suspects in the case, and that a murder-suicide has not been ruled out.
