Longview Man Charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault of Child

LONGVIEW — A Longview man is behind bars after police say he sexually assaulted a child. According to Gregg County Jail records, Cody Miller, 28, was arrested Sunday for aggravated child sexual assault. KETK reports a warrant was issued by 188th District Court Judge David Brabham for Miller prior to his arrest for the offense, which allegedly occurred June 11. Miller was booked into the Gregg County Jail on $100,000 bond.
