Burglars Try to Break into ATM inside Marshall Mall

MARSHALL — Law enforcement officials are asking for the public’s help in identifying two people who tried to steal from an ATM in the Marshall Mall. Police said on May 25 at around 2:47 a.m., officers were dispatched to the mall after an alarm triggered in the 1300 block of East Pinecrest. According to KETK, responding officers spotted two men, described as black males, running in the mall hallway. Authorities set up a perimeter around the building and entered the mall, but the burglars escaped into a nearby wooded area.
Surveillance video shows the suspects attempting to break into an ATM in the mall hallway. Video from Blue Cross Blue Shield, located within the mall, also captured the men as they ran through the business to escape officers.
