One Dies in Anderson County Crash

PERT – A one vehicle accident in Anderson County has left one person dead. The wreck occurred around 6:30 Tuesday morning on County Road 323, South of Pert. Dead at the scene was Erin Guenzel Bammel, 36, of Palestine. The Department of Public Safety said her SUV was headed north when went off the road and hit a tree. The report said she was not wearing her seatbelt.
