Power Outages Cause School Delays and Cancellations

KILGORE — Some area school officials are ready to get back to normal Wednesday after the rough weather affected their districts. Kilgore ISD classes were delayed until 10 Tuesday morning due to a power outage, while Leverett’s Chapel dismissed classes at 10:15. Arp ISD had a noon class dismissal time Tuesday. Rusk ISD cancelled all classes for the day due to a power outage.
