One Dead in Smith County Wreck

WHITEHOUSE – A Jacksonville police dispatcher has been killed in a one vehicle wreck in Smith County. She is identified as Amber King, 35, of Whitehouse. The accident occurred around 2:00 Monday afternoon on Mixon Road near its intersection with Yarbrough Lane near Whitehouse. She was pronounced dead at the scene after her car left the road and hit a tree.
