State Funds for the Palestine Airport

PALESTINE — The Texas Transportation Commission, TxDOT’s governing body, has approved nearly $80,000 engineering and design work to improve the pavement infrastructure at Palestine Municipal Airport. Project costs will be funded through the city of Palestine and TxDOT’s Aviation Facilities Grant Program, which preserves and improves the state’s general aviation system.
