Missing Kilgore Girl Located

KILGORE — A young girl reported missing in Kilgore has been found. Kilgore police announced Tuesday night they were looking for Jessica Madden, 12. The police department issued a Code Red Alert for the missing girl shortly after 8:45 Tuesday night. She had been last seen Tuesday evening. Kilgore Assistant Police Chief Roman Roberson later reported the girl was found shortly before midnight and was home safe. No details were released on where she was found.
