Signal Work Begining at Tyler Intersection

TYLER — Beginning today, installation of a new Adaptive Control System will start on the signal light at the intersection of Front Street and Bonner Avenue. The signal light will not be functioning during the installation. There will be temporary stop signs erected on Bonner Avenue to control traffic until the new Adaptive Control System is operational. Crews expect to have the installation finished no later than Tuesday. There will be lane closures in both directions on Front Street as traffic is routed around the work areas. Citizens should expect delays and may want to consider alternate routes if possible.
