Boil Water Notification Issued for Select Henderson Co. Residents

HENDERSON COUNTY — Monarch Utilities has issued a boil water notification for select customers in Henderson County. KETK reports the notice is for residents who have the Beachwood Estates water system and affects around 400 homes.
Those residences are in the following subdivisions:
Beachwood Estates
Spillview Acres
Marimac Marina
Brentwood Estates
Waterboard
Pebble Beach
Repairs were made to a main line break in the area, and as a precaution, water samples were collected and sent to an independent lab for testing. Results are expected to be received by 2:00 p.m. Tuesday. The boil water notice is in effect until further notice.
