Sheriff’s Office Nabs Suspect in Multiple Burglaries

TYLER – Detectives with the Smith County Sheriff’s Office have arrested Jordan Reed Wright, 19, of Flint, who was wanted on a burglary warrant. On November 20th, the Sheriff’s Office posted a wanted notification on its Facebook page and Twitter account and issued the same notification to the news media. An anonymous tip was then received, which led to Wright’s arrest, according to officials. He was arrested for burglary of a habitation and is a suspect in numerous burglaries and thefts in Smith County. He is being held on a $100,000 bond in the Smith County Jail.
