Burglary Probed in Gregg County

thumb_police-9LONGVIEW — Sheriff Maxey Cerliano and the Gregg County Sheriff’s Office request assistance in obtaining information in a burglary case. Between midnight and 6:00 Saturday morning, unknown person(s) broke into a Union Pacific crossing station shed at the railroad tracks on Meadows Lane. The suspect(s) cut wires to the electronic equipment and took seven large batteries. Damage to the wiring and the batteries was estimated at $2,000.
