Tyler’s Veterans Day Ceremony

TYLER — Veterans Day ceremonies are being held through out the area today. In Tyler, organizers scheduled the Veterans Day Celebration for 11:00am. The kick-off, with a prayer service in the sanctuary of First Baptist Church, was followed by a freedom walk to the TB Butler Fountain Plaza for a traditional military ceremony at noon. Highlights of the Veterans Day Celebration were to include an address by Major General (ret.)
