TYLER — An Affordable Care Act Town Hall Meeting will be held in Tyler tonight from 6:00 till 8:00 on the Tyler Junior College West Campus. The meeting is hosted by the Northeast Texas Disproportionality Advisory Board. Residents can come learn about:
