Longview Home Sales Up

LONGVIEW — Longview home sales jump by more than 18% in September, compared with just a year ago. KETK and the Longview News-Journal report that 181 houses sold in September, compared with 153 in September of 2012. Yearly home sales also reportedly are on track to beat last year’s. Interest rates are still low, so realtors say it’s still a good time to buy and sell houses.
