East Texas Man Arrested for Theft, Forgery

LONGVIEW — A Longview man is now in jail for theft and forgery. On Friday, James Leroy Frattarola, 46, was arrested by Longview police for theft or stolen property worth between $1,500 and $20,000. He was also charged with forgery of a government instrument, money, or securities. Frattarola was booked into Gregg County Jail under an $11,000 bond.
