Longview among Top Areas Nationally in GDP

LONGVIEW — Another feather in Longview’s economic cap. The Longview metro area ranks number 20 nationwide in gross domestic product according to a new survey from the U.S. Commerce Department. Another Texas metro, Midland, earned the top spot nationally. Other Texas metro areas making the top 40 are Corpus Christi, Lubbock, and Victoria.
