Fatal Accident in Wood County

WOOD COUNTY — A Winnsboro man was killed in a Monday afternoon accident in Wood County. Officials with the Department of Public Safety tell KETK that the accident happened on Farm-to-Market Road 352 near Farm-to-Market Road 2869, just south of Winnsboro. DPS officials say that Lucas Gilbreath, 30, of Winnsboro, was killed. There was no immediate word on details about what caused the accident.
