Large Tree Falls through Longview House

LONGVIEW — Storms moved through parts of East Texas Wednesday afternoon, bringing with them strong winds and rain. A large tree fell through one house on the 600 block of Oakdale Ave. in Longview causing serious damage. Authorities tell KETK crews on scene that there was one person at home at the time the tree fell, but there were fortunately no injuries involved. Firefighters helped the family cover their belongings with tarps.
