Neches Water Supply Deals with Pump Shutdown

NECHES — Some residents between Jacksonville and Palestine are dealing with some water issues. The Neches Water Supply Company tells KETK a downed pump caused one of its wells to be shut down. People living east of Highway 79 in the area lost their running water. Officials said once service was restored, residents would be told to boil water until further notice.
