PATH Week Underway

TYLER — PATH Week 2013 kicked off celebrated September 8 and continues through September 14. According to the website for PATH, People Attempting to Help, “the week is designed to raise awareness of PATH and the PATH programs helping to change the face of poverty, homelessness and hunger in the community.”
The week features three events. The PATH Prayer Breakfast will be held this morning at 7:00 at Glenwood Church of Christ, located at the corner of Rice Road and Hollytree Drive in south Tyler. The Annual PATH Community Luncheon will be held on to tomorrow at noon, at Christ Episcopal Church, located at 118 South Bois d’Arc in downtown Tyler. The Annual Philanthropy Celebration will be held on Thursday, 6:30 to 9:30pm at Willow Brook Country Club. You can go to http://www.pathhelps.org for more information.
