After 3:25 pm – Vehicles will enter/exit the campus via South Donnybrook Avenue and South Red Raider Road. Traffic exiting the campus via Donnybrook must turn right between the hours of 3:25-4:25 pm. Loop 323 Entrance/Exit – Will be open to traffic 4:30 pm-7:30 am.
Once all fence/gate construction is completed officials will notify students and parents of any changes in the traffic guidelines.
In addition to the traffic changes Robert E. Lee is getting upgrades to their football field, science labs and bathrooms.
John Tyler high school is seeing some changes to their dress code, first year John Tyler principal, Kenneth Gay, tells KETK “I wanted to make sure that our students came to school presentable,” Gay says, “One thing that we require students to wear is collared shirts, shirts must be tucked in for gentleman, and they must have on a belt.” Ladies must wear collared shirts as well, and no sheer shirts. Blue jeans are also permitted, Gay says, “But they must be worn in a modest fashion, they cannot be torn or ripped.” In addition to their new dress code policy Principal Gay says some new programs could be headed to John Tyler soon, ”
