holliman_nac_sheriffNACOGDOCHES — Nacogdoches County authorities are looking for a man they believe is connected to multiple burglaries in the area. According to KETK, the suspected burglar is Jeffrey Holliman, 50, who officials say may be armed and dangerous. Holliman is described as a “survivalist” who has allegedly been squatting in abandoned houses and in make-shift shelters. He has stolen weapons, clothes, money, survival equipment, and large quantities of food from local houses and vehicles, according to authorities.

The burglaries happened on Nacogdoches County Roads 411, 419, and 331. They are part of an investigation involving several additional burglaries that have taken place since January. Nacogdoches officials say they have verified Holliman’s identity through fingerprints and DNA that was collected at the crime scenes. Victims of burglaries in that area will soon be contacted by Sheriff’s Office Investigators to have property that has been recovered returned to them.
