80th Annual Rose Festival Kickoff This Past Weekend

TYLER — Participants and guests observe the official kickoff of the 80th Texas Rose Festival during a weekend event at Tyler’s Willow Brook Country Club. Rachel Vanderpool Clyde is Queen of the 2013 Festival. She says it’s a real honor to be a part of the activities during this landmark year.
