Anderson County Fire Kills Two

ELKHART — Two Anderson County teens injured in a Wednesday morning fire have died. Shauna VanStory, 19, and Michael Murdock, 13 were pulled from their burning home. They were being treated at Parkland Hospital in Dallas where they died Thursday. Their home, in the 100 block of Sheridan Street, was destroyed by the fire. No word yet on how the fire started. It appeared to start in the home’s living room.
