Longview Man Jail for Child Pornography

LONGVIEW — A Longview man remains in the Gregg County Jail on child pornography charges. Justin Melton was arrested Tuesday by sheriff’s deputies. His bond was sent at $20,000. The Longview News-Journal reports Melton was indicted by the Gregg County grand jury on May 30th over an incident that occurred last December. He was indicted on two counts of possession and distribution of child pornography, including using a file-sharing network to distribute pornographic images of a child younger than 18 years old engaging in actual or simulated sexual intercourse.
