Man’s Condition Upgraded after Shooting

LONGVIEW — An East Texas man is now in fair condition after he was reportedly shot by his daughter Sunday morning. According to KETK, investigators say 52-year-old Carlos Warren of Longview was shot three times by 24-year-old Tabetha Christian Evans. She’s currently in the Gregg County Jail.
