Authorities Seek Stolen Trailer

LONGVIEW — Sheriff Maxey Cerliano and the Gregg County Sheriff’s Office request your assistance in a case involving a stolen trailer. On the night of May 27th, an unknown person or people took a cooling trailer from an oil lease in north Gregg County near FM 2751. It is a black 16’ flatbed, dual axle trailer with a silver metal canopy covering the entire length. A white plastic water tank and a large fan are on the front of the trailer. Oilfield employees sit on benches inside to cool down on hot days.
The trailer is also identified by the numbers 903-983-0177 welded on the left side of the tongue. The trailer is valued at $6000. You’re asked to contact Investigator Cecil Shelton with the Gregg County Sheriff’s Office at 903-237-2531 or Crime Stoppers at 903-236-STOP with any information.
