Sheriff’s Office Searching for Theft Suspect

TYLER — The Smith County Sheriff’s Office has asked for the public’s help in locating a robbery suspect. William Ray Mikula, 31, is wanted on a third-degree felony for theft in connection with property taken from Transport Services on Highway 271 on April 27.
