Fire Destroys Tyler Home

TYLER — A Tyler home has been destroyed by fire. It was reported around 8:00 Monday night in the 1000 block of Britton Avenue. At one point, smoke and flames billowed high into the air. Occupants were at home at the time of the fire, but escaped uninjured, according to authorities. The cause of the blaze remains under investigation.
