Two Arrested Following Kilgore Shooting

KILGORE — Two persons are in custody following a robbery and shooting in Kilgore. It occurred just before midnight Wednesday at apartments near the 700 block of Houston Street, which is north of Kilgore College. Arrested were Nickolas Rinche, 19, and Phue Nguyen. One of the victims was shot with a small caliber rifle. The second victim was beaten with a rifle, and was treated and released. The two suspects were arrested a short while later by Kilgore police and Kilgore College officers.
