ETX Man Evades Arrest, Found with Drugs

LUFKIN — An East Texas man has been arrested on drug and evasion charges. Around 1:00 Sunday morning, Jecorey Ramone Richard, 34, is said to have fled from an officer in a vehicle and was caught a little while later. Lufkin police found Richard in the 900 block of Sayers Street. Authorities also found him in possession of illegal drugs. Richard was booked into Angelina County Jail.
