TYLER — A man has been wounded and his father jailed following a disturbance in the 15000 block of County Road 2223. It happened shortly after 7:00 Monday night. The disturbance was said to have been over the son’s alleged refusal to leave the father’s property. The father allegedly fired warning shots to scare the son off the property, with one of the shots reportedly ricocheting and hitting the son in the foot. The son drove himself to the East Texas Medical Center clinic on South Broadway in Tyler to seek medical attention.
